Valiantys seeks a global owner of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Developer Experience (DevEx) practice to turn Atlassian, DevOps and AI expertise into differentiated professional services offerings.

You will define strategy, build a portfolio of go-to-market solutions, and lead cross-regional practice uplift with executive client engagement at CTO/VP levels. The role requires deep technical depth, consulting rigor, and strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in professional services or tech consulting with SDLC/DevOps focus.
• Proven track record in building and scaling a professional services practice with repeatable offerings and IP assets.
• Commercially driven, with experience generating and closing pipeline across sales, marketing, and services.
• Deep familiarity with AI in software development, including agentic AI or AI-assisted pipelines.
• Experience engaging with CTOs/VPs of Engineering at senior levels and positioning business value, not just technical advisory.
• Strong Atlassian ecosystem knowledge including Jira Software, Bitbucket, Confluence, and related tools; partner certifications advantageous.
• Experience operating across EMEA, AMER, and APAC and driving global standards adoption.
• Ability to lead structured discovery and gap analysis workshops and translate findings into modernization roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global SDLC/DevEx practice strategy and business plan.
• Lead a network of regional Practice Leads across EMEA, NA and APAC.
• Create sellable offerings, IP, accelerators and delivery playbooks.
• Productise regional delivery to improve sales velocity and margins.
• Lead executive client conversations with CTOs and VP-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Services to generate strategic opportunities.
• Drive discovery workshops and translate business needs into modernization roadmaps.
• Promote asset reuse and continuous improvement across regions.
