BIP France is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead high-impact finance transformation programs across clients. You will bring deep finance expertise, strategic leadership, and a track record of driving ERP-enabled transformations and data-driven improvements in FP&A, governance and reporting.

Successful candidates will engage senior executives, design target operating models, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable value across global projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally in leading consulting firms and/or Finance functions.
• Experience in Finance Transformation programs, FP&A, Controlling, and ERP-enabled Finance transformations.

Responsabilités

• Assess existing Finance organizations, processes and operating models.
• Define Finance target operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead performance improvement, governance and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Drive ERP, Data & Reporting transformation programs and Finance digitalization efforts.
• Support clients in modernizing and enhancing their Finance function.
• Facilitate alignment between Finance, IT and Business stakeholders.
• Advise CFOs and executive teams on strategic transformation decisions.
• Lead project teams and contribute to growth of the CFO Advisory & Business Transformation practice.
