Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a Design Marketing Manager RTDs & Convenience to lead all design workstreams for brands and markets. You will transform consumer insights into powerful brand range architectures and packaging systems, ensuring global coherence with local relevance.

You will collaborate with Ops, Legal, Finance, Brand Companies, Markets, and agencies, guiding the design playbook and ensuring consistent brand experiences across territories.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing roles, FMCG/beverages.
• Experience developing primary and secondary packaging across multiple international markets.
• Strong ability to translate consumer and shopper insights into design solutions.
• Experience in NPD development and building brand range architecture.

Responsabilités

• Lead design workstreams from restages to new VI for all brands and markets.
• Transform consumer insights into powerful brand range architecture and design systems.
• Ensure global brand consistency while honoring regional nuances.
• Collaborate with external agencies, internal teams, and markets to deliver design excellence.
• Oversee budget follow-up and bring strategic design input across initiatives.
