Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Senior Quality Specialist for Distribution to support international distributors in harmonized, compliant processes. You will work on new product launches, quality projects, PMS, and external product reviews within the EMEA region and beyond.

You will ensure distributor quality agreements are in place, manage non-conformities, and collaborate with European and US teams to address quality concerns early. Travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• 5–7 years in Quality Assurance roles in medical devices.
• Solid knowledge of ISO13485 and ISO9001.
• Experience with distributor quality management and audits.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the list of active distributors with agreements.
• Draft/review distributor quality agreements and ensure signing before commercial activity.
• Support EMEA/QMS activities and internal audits as needed.
• Collaborate with global Quality teams to address quality concerns early.
