Job summary

Huawei seeks a Global Key Accounts Service Manager for Solar PV & BESS in Boulogne Billancourt. You will lead service strategy, drive sales for PV and energy storage solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction across global accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in English and French; Chinese is a plus.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and global projects.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including international trips.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute service strategy for utility PV and BESS plants, including service sales and O&M.
Own global customer satisfaction with timely responses and issue resolution.
Drive service solution sales, pre‑sales support, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Analyze market trends and strengthen the service brand and competitiveness.
