The role emphasizes strong ownership, hands-on delivery from concept to production, and mentoring engineers across disciplines to build a robust valve capability within the company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 8–10 years of valve or related fluid-control hardware experience.
• Hands-on delivery from concept to production for valve hardware.
• Experience with high-pressure, cryogenic, or hazardous fluids.
• Strong ownership and leadership of technical decisions.

Responsabilités

• Act as technical reference for valves and roadmaps.
• Define internalisation strategy for valves and select concepts.
• Lead Nereus workstream for HTP-compatible solenoid valves.
• Own full product lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Develop valve sizing and dynamic models; assess performance and margins.
• Establish verification criteria and test plans.
• Ensure material and cleanliness controls for safety-critical hardware.
• Collaborate with suppliers and review proposals and deviations.
• Create internal standards and mentor engineers.
