Lancaster, a Coty brand, offers a 6-month full-time internship in Paris as Global Product Manager Assistant. You will join the Global Marketing Team to support the full 360 product development process from concept to packaging and in-store deployment, under the Product Development managers.

You will learn skincare and suncare product development in a fast-growing environment where creativity drives the work, with cross-functional collaboration across teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Must be a student in Business School or University programs.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• First experience in marketing is required.
• Autonomous, action- and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Good multitasking and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain competitor records and monthly tracking reports.
• Run market analysis to feed creative intelligence.
• Coordinate briefing with internal teams and external partners.
• Develop concepts for new product launches.
• Follow operations for product development (artworks, formulas, packaging, visuals).
• Contribute to 360 activation strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in brand meetings with top management.
