AIRBUS SAS is seeking a Part 147 Maintenance Instructor Training & Proficiency Assessor to lead qualification and proficiency across the global Airbus training network, based in Toulouse, France. This role focuses on safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality instructor development.

You will conduct APCs, oversee train-the-trainer programs, and ensure all training aligns with EASA Part-66/147 and Airbus standards while supporting continuous improvement and global audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering theoretical/practical aircraft maintenance instruction.
• Experience as Practical Assessor and familiarity with audit processes.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-66, Part-147 and Part-145 regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• High-level English proficiency (CEFR B2 or higher).

Responsabilités

• Oversee qualification pipelines to meet global demand and regulatory agreements.
• Mentor instructors through dry-runs and evaluation milestones.
• Perform Annual Proficiency Checks (APCs) and implement recovery plans.
• Deliver the Airbus Maintenance Instructor Course (AMIC) across locations.
• Ensure training programmes align with EASA mandates and internal governance.
• Inspect global training sites and manage audit readiness.
• Maintain audit-proof records of credentials, assessments, and competencies.
• Lead standardisation workshops and refresher trainings across staff.
