Job summary

Airbus SAS is seeking a Part 147 Maintenance Instructor Training & Proficiency Assessor to join the Toulouse Training Center within Customer Services. You will select, assess, qualify, and continually develop Airbus maintenance instructors across the global network.

In this quality- and safety-focused role, you will ensure compliance with EASA Part-66/Part-147 and Airbus standards, conduct APCs, run train-the-trainer programs, and lead standardisation across locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering aircraft maintenance instruction (Part-147/Part-145 or equivalent).
• Experience as Practical Assessor and familiarity with MTOE documentation or equivalent.
• High-level English fluency (CEFR B2) required.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part-66, Part-147, and Part-145 regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate selection and qualification pipelines to meet global demand and standards.
• Mentor and coach instructors through dry-runs and evaluation milestones.
• Perform Annual Proficiency Checks (APCs) to evaluate instructor performance and close skill gaps.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and standardisation across locations.
