Job summary

You will join L'Oréal’s Global Operations and Finance CISO function in France to lead information security and technology risk management for industrial plants and fulfillment centers. You will partner with zones, operations, and finance to drive large-scale transformation across the global footprint.

The role requires deep OT/IT security expertise, experience with IEC 62443, the Purdue model, and regulatory standards such as NIS2 and GDPR, plus strong English communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• OT & IT security expertise in industrial environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional, international teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of risk assessment standards and remediation processes.
• Fluency in professional English across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global OT cybersecurity strategy, policies, and standards across manufacturing sites.
• Lead the worldwide Titanium cybersecurity transformation program on the OT perimeter, aligning with policies and NIS2.
• Embed Security in Projects with industrial business and IT stakeholders.
• Animate the OT cybersecurity community with security awareness sessions.
• Oversee threat remediation, third-party risk management, and security exceptions with CSIRT collaboration.
• Track compliance KPIs and deliver action plans to strengthen industrial resilience.
