Pernod Ricard is seeking a motivated Global Operations intern to support strategic insights and operational analysis across procurement, supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing. You will work with the Global Operations Analyst and Head of Global Operations Analytics to drive data-driven decisions in a dynamic, international environment.

Your role includes coordinating procurement data, maintaining dashboards with Power BI, and producing clear reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work in a collaborative, proactive team environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate procurement data collection across 40+ affiliates; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Validate and improve data quality with affiliates and HQ (Finance, Procurement, IT).
• Analyze procurement spends by affiliate, supplier, and product category.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
