Jobtailor in Paris seeks a Senior Associate or Senior Lawyer to lead global mobility and international tax advisory work. You will coordinate with the Employment Law team and work closely with the department Partner, serving clients in France and abroad.

The role emphasizes strong written and spoken English, rigorous work ethic, and collaboration within an international team at the Paris office.

Qualifications

Senior Associate or Senior Lawyer in a law firm’s Global Mobility department.
Academic background in International Tax or CAPA qualification.
Excellent technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A proactive and rigorous approach, with a strong capacity for work.
Enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.

Responsabilités

Advise French and international clients on global mobility.
Advise and support individuals on personal income and wealth taxation.
Provide advice on employee share ownership in French and international contexts.
Manage pre-litigation matters with the tax authorities.
Manage tax filing and reporting obligations (personal income tax, IFI, etc.).
Advise on social security and employment law matters in coordination with the Employment Law team.
Work as part of the Individual Tax and Global Mobility team in the Paris office.
Work directly with the Partner in charge of the department.
Collaborate with BDO experts across France and internationally.
