Job summary

Edenred is seeking a Global Merchants Strategy & New Service Development intern based at Edenred HQ in Issy-les-Moulineaux. You will support the Merchants Strategy, Growth and Transformation Director, conduct analyses, and help prepare portfolio insights across 29 BU.

You will research merchant needs, monitor competitors, and help ideate and launch value-added services with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from top business or engineering school; gap-year or final-year internship.
• First successful internship in consulting, e-commerce payment or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchants Strategy, Growth and Transformation Director with analyses and reporting.
• Conduct market and portfolio analyses across 29 business units to inform merchant strategy.
• Research merchant needs, collect feedback, and identify pain points and opportunities for value-added services.
• Drive competitive watch and resti tution to top merchant leaders across BU landscape.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance to pilot and scale new services.
