UroMems, a pioneering MedTech company in Grenoble, seeks a Director of Supply Chain to define and lead the global supply chain strategy. You will shape end-to-end operations across procurement, manufacturing scale-up, and regulatory milestones, partnering with engineering, quality, and executive leadership to enable rapid growth.

You will manage supplier relationships, optimize logistics, and drive continuous improvement using ERP/MRP systems while preparing the organization for international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing supply chain teams and strategic supplier relationships.
• Experience in a regulated medical device environment is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with product roadmap and manufacturing plans.
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, development, and performance management.
• Oversee global procurement, logistics, and international trade compliance.
• Drive inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
• Ensure ERP/MRP deployment and data-driven continuous improvement.
