Job summary

Qualifications

Experience writing and editing technical documentation for hardware products.
Experience with structured authoring and DITA.
Experience with CMS tools like Oxygen and Astoria.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Ability to work independently in global teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex technical information.
Experience with XML structured authoring.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage documentation for complex hardware-based systems.
Author, review, edit, and update operator and technical service documentation in English.
Ensure documentation complies with GE HealthCare standards.
Create and deliver documentation releases aligned with product milestones.
Track, analyze, and resolve documentation issues.
Collaborate with engineering, service, quality, regulatory, and product teams.
Participate in documentation verification activities and test documentation on systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation quality and processes.
Respect Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
Complete required Quality and Compliance training.
Identify quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
