Confidential is seeking a Tender Specialist to craft competitive, pricing-based air freight bid offers. You will dissect requirements, manage internal stakeholders, and collaborate with opportunity owners to deliver winning proposals.

Responsibilities include leading RFQ planning, pricing architecture, data checks, and executive presentations. Strong Business English, advanced Excel, and 10+ years in logistics pricing are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
High fluency in Business English and MS Office.
Extensive experience in logistics pricing and tender management.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, organization, and delivery of complex RFQs for air freight.
Coordinate internal milestones and strategy reviews for bids.
Define and communicate pricing instructions and rate structures.
Perform data checks, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely bid submission.
Align objectives with customer requirements across Finance, Legal, HR, and Commercial.
Present pricing models and bid strategies to senior leadership.
Track performance metrics and propose process improvements.
Train colleagues on tender tools and best practices.
