Equans France seeks an experienced Lead Network Architect to define and drive SLS infrastructure network and security services. You will manage a global network experts team, prioritize activities, and lead budget, RFPs, and governance boards to ensure service quality and alignment with SLAs.

The role requires seniority, strong leadership, and experience delivering hybrid-cloud network solutions across multinational environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with BAU

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience with network infrastructure
• Experience in managing teams of network experts
• Experience designing services based on market technologies for hybrid cloud
• Some experience with agile methodology
• Experience in worldwide large companies (10,000+ employees)
• Expertise in designing network infrastructure services and delivery (SWAN, LAN, Wifi, NAC, Internet Access, VPN, Firewalling, Backbone)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service catalog management
• Understanding security and risk assurance aligned with compliance controls

Responsabilités

• Define SLS infrastructure Network & Security services
• Lead Network Expertise Team
• Prioritize Network Team activities backlog
• Support Service Catalog Product for Network Services
• Define budget for new SLS infrastructure services
• Lead RFPs with multiple vendors
• Coordinate team activities following Agile methodology
• Obtain Architecture board approvals for service designs
• Engage in service design and support activities
• Ensure services align with Equans SLA (Backup, Monitoring, Support response)
• Provide quotations in collaboration with other teams
• Collaborate with other SLS services
• Define KPIs for catalog products
• Create processes to monitor satisfaction with network services
• Participate in SLS and corporate board meetings
• Organize communication within Network team
• Define objectives for each Network team member
• Support business plan towards service-oriented approach
• Take responsibility as Network Champions in Equans
