CEVA Logistics is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the LCL shipments Centralization project and develop the LCL product to grow volumes and profitability. You will support BD and regional teams to create new solutions and drive operations excellence meeting customer requirements.

The role emphasizes regional policy definition, network building, and cost-control actions to improve performance and deliver value across multiple regions within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or equivalent (not mandatory).
• Professional accreditation(s) preferred.
• 10+ years industry experience in consolidation.
• Experience/working knowledge of LCL product is a must.
• Have creativity and visions.
• Strong teamwork.
• Good verbal & written communicator and presentation.
• Proven organization skills required, including the ability to multi-task and self-direct to produce detail oriented results.
• Able to priorities and accurate work while meeting tight deadlines.
• Post graduate business qualification, including an MBA (not mandatory).
• Over 10 years’ experience in a Senior position in the freight forwarding business.
• 5 Year experience in a Commercial role.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation and execution of the LCL shipments Centralization project.
• Define the regional policy and guide regions during the rollout.
• Build and maintain own LCL services network.
• Provide regions with transport plan.
• Oversee the LCL business development activities.
• Develop business plans and strategies for the LCL ocean freight products.
• Assist on creation of hubs in various regions.
• Deploy and manage assigned budgets and to take corrective action where appropriate.
