Insulet Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager, Launch Excellence to accelerate international commercial readiness for sensor integration across Omnipod platforms and future products. The role centers on translating global strategy into executable market deliverables and ensuring end-to-end readiness across HCP and DTC channels in multiple markets.

You will coordinate with global, marketing, medical, regulatory, and market teams to enable timely launch deliverables and consistent execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in product launches, commercial readiness, or downstream execution, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate global strategy into execution-ready deliverables.
• Experience supporting launch readiness across multiple markets.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Support international commercial readiness and execution of sensor integration launches and other key platforms and software innovations, ensuring markets are equipped for go-live across all channels
• Translate global strategy and technical inputs into clear, actionable, market-ready deliverables (messaging, assets, toolkits)
• Ensure aligned deployment of integrated HCP and DTC materials, maintaining consistency across channels and functions
• Enable markets with practical guidance, toolkits, and support to drive effective local execution and readiness
• Support execution of the Launch Preparation Process (LPP2.0) by ensuring readiness and timely delivery of required launch inputs, deliverables, and dependencies across international markets
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Global, Marketing, Training, Medical, Regulatory, Markets) to ensure timely delivery of launch deliverables and alignment on execution
