Maersk is seeking a Labor Relations Partner to advise Operations and People teams on labor relations matters across warehouses, terminals, and offices. You will partner with Legal and HR to ensure compliance, handle collective bargaining issues, and foster productive employee relations in a global logistics environment.

You will influence employee experience, support labor-management relations, and help shape workplace culture within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting unionized environments, including collective bargaining agreement administration, grievance handling, and labor-management relations.
• Working knowledge of NLRA, labor law, and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, employee relations investigations, or labor-related projects preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance on labor relations matters, collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and workplace concerns.
• Advise managers and HR partners on contract interpretation, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and employee relations issues.
• Support labor-management relations activities, including investigations, grievance resolution, arbitration preparation, and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver labor relations training for managers and leaders, including NLRA awareness and positive employee relations practices.
• Monitor trends, workforce data, grievances, and metrics to identify risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Assist in administration of collective bargaining agreements, including union communications and grievance tracking.
