Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking a Category Manager IT Services / P2I to lead the global procurement strategy for IT services. You will manage a four-person P2I buying team in a matrix, drive sourcing initiatives, tenders and negotiations, and ensure contract performance and risk management.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance in an international setting, delivering measurable cost savings and value creation.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in purchasing or related field.
• Strong experience in software purchasing and IT services.
• Proven track record in strategic negotiations with major software suppliers.
• Experience leading teams in international environment.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement global procurement strategy for IT Services / P2I.
• Analyze supplier markets, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle including tendering and contracting.
• Negotiate with international suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, Compliance, and stakeholders.
• Ensure policy compliance and governance standards.
• Monitor performance via cost savings and service quality.
• Coach and develop a team of four P2I buyers.
• Prepare analyses and present results to leadership.
