Asenium Consulting in Courbevoie (La Défense) is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to strengthen our international sales team. You will identify opportunities, win new clients, and grow key accounts in a competitive, multi-market environment.

You will define targets with the Sales Manager, map decision-makers, present tailored proposals, and manage contracts through the full sales cycle while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of sales/business development in IT.
• Proven prospecting, needs discovery, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Experience with contracts, financials, and full sales cycle.
• Strong networking abilities and market understanding.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define targets with Sales Manager and segment priority sectors.
• Identify high-potential companies and decision-makers and map them.
• Win new clients through meetings (on-site and remote) and tailored proposals.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of key accounts long-term.
• Maintain CRM up to date and track KPIs.
