UNESCO is seeking to constitute a roster of middle level international consultants to support human resources policy research, analysis and drafting. The consultants will help strengthen HR governance, drive compliance and improve operational efficiency across the Organization, with opportunities for remote work and assignment-based engagements.

The HR Policy Development and Coordination team provides guidance on HR policies, collaborates across UNESCO entities, and engages with staff

Formación

• Advanced degree in HR management or related field is required.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible HR experience, policy development or administration.
• Experience with HR policy development for international organizations is required.
• Knowledge of staff rules and international HR regulatory framework is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct HR policy research, analysis and benchmarking to identify gaps and propose recommendations.
• Develop HR policy revisions, guidelines, and toolkits to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Analyze data and draft findings to inform policy making and engage staff associations and stakeholders.
• Create capacity-building and communication materials to support policy implementation and change.
