Job summary

SPHEREA in Toulouse (France) is seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury to safeguard the group's liquidity and financial commitments. You will lead the design and operation of the group treasury, ensuring robust cash management, funding strategies, and compliance with covenants in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities include building a centralized treasury function across merged entities, managing liquidity forecasting and intercompany funding, negotiating with banks, hedging FX (EUR/USD)

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate treasury with leadership in an international group.
• Strong command of financing, covenants, liquidity management and bank guarantees.
• FX and interest-rate risk management with established banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the group treasury function across the merged organisations.
• Oversee liquidity forecasting, cash pooling and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Manage group financing, covenants, and headroom; monitor FX exposure and interest-rate risk.
• Maintain banking relationships and bank guarantees across the group.
