Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France seeks an experienced, influential Head of Regulatory Affairs Business Operations to lead global regulatory operations and shape the external regulatory environment. This leadership role spans strategy, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership across regions to support animal health innovations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in Global Regulatory Affairs in Animal Health.
• 15+ years leadership managing global/regional RA teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead global regulatory operations and governance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of regulatory systems, tools and processes.
• Ensure inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee outsourced regulatory operations and partnerships.
• Represent the company with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.
• Partner with R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
