Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France is seeking an experienced and influential Head of Regulatory Affairs Business Operations to lead global regulatory operations and shape the external regulatory environment.

This highly visible leadership role offers the chance to drive regulatory excellence, influence international policy discussions, and support the development and commercialization of innovative animal health solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in Global Regulatory Affairs within the Animal Health industry.
• More than 15 years of leadership experience managing Regulatory Affairs teams in a global and multicultural environment.
• Proven experience leading Regulatory Operations functions including regulatory data, document management and submission systems.
• Proven experience representing an Animal Health company with international regulatory bodies, industry associations and key health authorities.
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory advocacy, policy development and stakeholder engagement within Animal Health.
• Proven experience managing outsourced Regulatory Affairs and/or Pharmacovigilance activities on a global scale.
• Deep and current knowledge of international Animal Health regulatory requirements across multiple product modalities.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, change management and building high-performing Regulatory Affairs organizations.
• Fluency in English.

• Represent the company externally and build trusted relationships with key regulatory stakeholders.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to senior leaders and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop an international team of regulatory professionals.
