Trustpair seeks a Head of Fraud Operations to lead the Complementary Checks Operations unit as it evolves into Fraud Operations. Based in Paris, this onsite global leadership role reports to Cyrille and manages around 30 teammates in a hands-on, strategic capacity.

You will drive data‑driven decisions, build processes and automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud expertise and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from engineering or business school is required.
• 7+ years of operations experience in B2B SaaS/fintech/payments.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale Trustpair’s global Fraud Operations function with focus on quality, security, speed and cost efficiency.
• Define and communicate the Fraud Operations roadmap and align resources with strategy.
• Build a high-performing, transparent team with continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Care, and Sales to translate insights into product and process improvements.
