Shift Technology in Paris is seeking a recent graduate for a full-time Data Scientist position focused on fraud detection, AML, and claims automation. You will join a global team of over 200+ data scientists and work across structured data, text, documents, and images.

You'll contribute to design and evolution of our product suite, develop models, and collaborate with clients and engineers in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a permanent role ideal to jumpstart your career.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a quantitative degree.
• Interest in fraud detection, AML and claims automation.
• Experience with data types including structured data, text, documents and images.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the Insurance data science roadmap and client projects.
• Develop and test models; deploy in production for fraud/automation tasks.
• Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines (SQL, ElasticSearch).
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and present findings.
• Participate in cross-functional team initiatives.
