SBS is seeking a seasoned Head of Digital Growth Squad to accelerate global digital offerings across banking and fintech clients. You will coach and align cross‑country sales teams, drive modern sales playbooks, and lead strategic go‑to‑market initiatives across EMEA with the product and marketing teams.

Fluent English required; French or other European languages are a plus. The role offers high visibility, cross‑regional collaboration, and a chance to shape the future of digital banking

Formación

• Senior experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within banking or fintech sectors.
• Proven success in leading or coordinating multi-country sales initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, SaaS models, and modern banking solutions.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution.
• Excellent influencing skills; able to lead without direct authority.
• Fluent in English; French or other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and inspire a cross-country Digital Growth Squad to operate as a single high-performing team.
• Drive adoption of modern sales playbooks, competitive tactics, and knowledge sharing.
• Support country teams in closing strategic deals and coordinating with product and marketing.
• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Digital & AI offerings in EMEA, aligning with product and regional leaders.
