Sanofi in France seeks a Head of Drug Product – MSAT Synthetics Platform, a senior leader overseeing formulation, process development, scale-up and manufacturing support across DP activities from development to commercial manufacturing. Based in Ambarès, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and drive platformization, quality, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry.
• ≈12+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in drug product development and manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of CMC, GMP, and global regulatory frameworks (ICH, FDA, EMA).
• Proven success leading cross-functional CMC/LCM teams.
• Experience with digital transformation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Exposure to continuous manufacturing, PAT, and data science applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary DP organization.
• Define organizational model, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in formulation, process development, scale-up.
• Drive platformization, standardization, and harmonization of DP processes.
• Oversee technology transfer, validation, and commercial manufacturing support.
