BIC World invites a strategic finance executive to lead its global Corporate Finance organization. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will shape the future operating model, drive governance, and enable performance across consolidation, reporting, tax, treasury and insurance on a worldwide scale.

The role requires deep IFRS mastery, large-scale transformation experience, and a proven ability to lead international teams while collaborating with global stakeholders at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience within Finance, including accounting, consolidation and corporate finance in large multinational organizations.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, statutory accounting, external reporting and financial governance.
• Experience interacting with Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, and senior leaders.
• Strong track record leading large-scale Finance transformation programs (ERP, processes, governance).

Responsabilités

• Lead the transformation and future direction of BIC's global Corporate Finance organization.
• Drive harmonization, simplification and automation across core finance processes.
• Build and develop a high-performing international leadership team.
• Partner with CFO and Finance Leadership to enable strategic decision-making.
• Oversee treasury, tax & insurance governance and related activities.
