Mars Petcare is seeking a Food Safety Management Systems Lead to drive global governance and continuous improvement of food safety standards across 65+ sites. You will coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Corporate teams to ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and related programs.

The role requires strong auditing and leadership across global teams, with ~25% international travel and a focus on risk management and process improvements. Fluency in English is required.

• Experience with global FSMS in manufacturing.
