Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Finance Modules Product Manager to shape global finance system capabilities powering automation and control across markets. You will own the product lifecycle and influence strategy across Finance, Technology, and Operations.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from discovery through release, ensuring strong financial controls and seamless integration with invoicing, payments, and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management for finance systems or back-office platforms.
• Experience in corporate travel tech or multi-entity environments is preferred.
• Hands-on with finance process automation and control frameworks.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Agile delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the global roadmap for finance system modules.
• Define standard finance module capabilities meeting regulatory needs.
• Prioritise enhancements based on automation impact and productivity.
• Translate business requirements into epics and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to release and optimisation.
• Ensure strong financial controls including auditability and traceability.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support L2/L3 teams with product knowledge and defect prioritisation.
