Interis is seeking a seasoned Business Controller to lead financial management for Interis France and related activities. You will supervise planning, project controlling, profitability analysis and management reporting, acting as a true business partner to project managers and senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in Controlling or Finance Business Partnering within engineering/industrial environments, international exposure, and strong Excel/ERP skills with bilingual French/English

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Project Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience in engineering, industrial projects, EPC/EPCM, manufacturing or process industries.
• International environments and multi-entity organizations experience.
• Project-based organization experience is essential.
• India-based operations knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Strong project accounting and profitability analysis skills; advanced financial modelling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial planning, project controlling and profitability analysis.
• Manage reporting and performance monitoring for Interis France and Interis India.
• Partner with project managers and engineering teams to monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with the Group CFO and Belgian accounting team; report to French GM.
• Support strategic decisions for sustainable growth in an international context.

Job Location

Champs-sur-Marne (77), with a shared presence at our headquarters located in Les Mesneux (51), near Reims.

Missions

You will be responsible for the financial management of Interis France and Interis India activities. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, project controlling, profitability analysis and management reporting.

You will work closely with the Group CFO and the accounting department in Belgium, while reporting directly to the General Manager in France.

As a true business partner, you will support project managers, engineering teams and senior management in monitoring the financial performance of projects, from bid preparation through to project completion.

Through your financial analysis and recommendations, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and the company’s sustainable growth.

In an international environment, this position requires excellent project financial control skills, a strong understanding of global operations, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural context.

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Controlling, Project Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering.
• You have worked in engineering, industrial projects, EPC/EPCM, manufacturing, or process industries.
• You have experience in international environments and multi-entity organizations.
• Experience within a project-based organization is essential.
• Experience working with India-based operations would be a significant advantage.Technical Competencies :
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and project profitability analysis.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills.
  • Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting expertise.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is an advantage.
