Orion Pharma in France seeks a Finance Director for its Biové manufacturing site. You will lead a two-person local finance team and partner with international finance colleagues to harmonize processes.

You will ensure reliable financial reporting, robust governance, statutory compliance, and strategic support for local operations while driving automation, digitization and continuous improvement across Animal Health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, tax, and compliance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience working in an international organization is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance activities for the Biové entity
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Coordinate statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment processes
• Collaborate closely with the Controlling team on product costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analyses
• Partner with HR on personnel cost and FTE follow-up
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Act as a key finance partner for local management, balancing business needs with financial governance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a local finance team of two professionals
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve finance processes
• Drive harmonization and standardization across the Animal Health finance organization
• Promote automation, digitalization and AI-enabled ways of working
• Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders
