Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial statements across multiple entities.
• Proven experience coordinating external accounting firms and overseeing multi-country financial reporting.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Own the financial reporting of international entities including P&L and Balance Sheet reviews.
• Ensure financial figures are accurate and ready for scrutiny.
• Structure relationships with local accounting firms and monitor their outputs.
• Challenging, improving and automating financial processes.
• Contribute to scaling the team through hiring and onboarding.
