Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a senior Finance Consolidation specialist based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (Paris area) to design, maintain and deploy consolidation packages using Syrus (SAP BFC) and related tools. You will collaborate with Global Finance and LVMH Holding teams to ensure accurate IFRS reporting.

Role emphasizes training Finance users, leading SAP-BFC development, and driving power BI adoption to enhance financial insight and process efficiency across the group.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience, ideally in auditing consolidated financial statements or in a finance role within a large international group.
• Strong accounting and financial knowledge.
• Excellent communication, teaching ability and teamwork.
• Open to new financial information technologies (data warehouses, data visualization, AI).
• Knowledge of SAP BFC (Magnitude) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create documentation and lead training for Finance users of Syrus and satellite tools.
• Provide support and expertise to the Finance community in understanding reporting tools.
• Lead development projects related to the Group’s consolidation tool SAP-BFC (Magnitude).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and tooling.
• Lead the implementation of Power BI in coordination with Sephora & LVMH Data teams; train users.
• Participate in workshops to replace BFC, representing Sephora in the LVMH project.
