The role requires adapting to system changes, improving workflows, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and acting as the main contact for auditors.

English is mandatory; Dutch or French are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• English required; Dutch or French ideal
• Knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance

Responsibilities

• Adapt to ongoing system changes and integrations, ensuring smooth financial operations as the company grows.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in financial workflows and assist in implementing enhanced accounting processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors, coordinating the audit process and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage complex accounts receivable processes and optimize cash flow.
• Audit financial information to ensure processes align with financial policies and regulatory standards.
