Douge International, a management consulting firm with 23 years of global experience, seeks a six-month internship in International Executive Search & Recruitment and Business Strategy. You will identify senior profiles, evaluate backgrounds, and conduct outreach to build high-quality talent pipelines across geographies.

The role offers exposure to strategic projects, market analysis, and opportunities to join the team on a full-time basis after the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 business school or university program.
• Available for a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies).
• English is second nature; French is a strong asset.
• Autonomous, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.

Responsabilités

• International Executive Search & Recruitment: identify and approach senior executive profiles.
• Analyze and evaluate candidates' backgrounds against mandate requirements.
• Conduct direct outreach and interviews, applying best practices in executive assessment.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future mandates.
• Present shortlisted profiles to Consultants with structured recommendations.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing.
