Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 business school or university program.
• Available for a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies).
• English is second nature; French is a strong asset.
• Autonomous, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented.

Responsabilités

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. International Executive Search & Recruitment

• Identify and approach senior executive profiles through targeted, proactive research
• Analyze and evaluate candidates' backgrounds, experience, and fit against mandate requirements
• Conduct direct outreach and phone interviews, applying best practices in executive assessment
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for active and future mandates
• Present shortlisted profiles to Consultants with clear, structured recommendations
• Own the full recruitment cycle - from creative sourcing through to closing
• Continuously refine our direct approach methodology to sharpen impact and results

2. International Business Strategy

• Contribute to strategic and operational projects supporting our business development
• Conduct market and sector analysis to inform Consultant-client discussions
• Build market intelligence on active mandates and emerging opportunities
• Support the planning and execution of strategic projects across geographies
• Identify and develop new global opportunities alongside the Consultant team

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a BAC+4/5 business school or university program
• Available for a 6-month internship (gap year or end-of-studies)

• Autonomous, collaborative, entrepreneurial, and result-oriented
• Open to a full-time opportunity in executive recruitment upon completion
