International Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic six-month intern to assist in organizing events and projects for the World Chambers Federation (WCF). The role offers exposure to global events, cross-functional teamwork, and hands-on experience in event coordination within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Be a registered student during the internship.
• Fluent English with excellent writing skills; French and/or other languages are a plus.
• Experience or interest in event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
• Motivation to learn and contribute in an international team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and coordinate the 15th World Chambers Congress (Toronto, 2027) and related timelines.
• Support promotional activities for #15WCC at ICC and external events.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for Congress setup.
• Assist in planning and coordination of regional ICC WCF events and logistics.
• Contribute to marketing, communications strategies and materials for chambers and partners.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to event teams; assist with cross-cutting WCF projects.
