Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Global Director to lead the Systems Project Management & Commissioning group. You will oversee the complete lifecycle from order handoff to commissioning, ensure on-time delivery within budget and adherence to quality and customer requirements, and drive DBS-based standardization and continuous improvement across regions. This is an on-site role located in Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership in project management and systems engineering.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial management, risk and contract/change control.
• Lean, Six Sigma, DBS or similar process improvement experience.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead global PMO for all systems projects and standardize processes.
• Ensure planning, scheduling, cost control, and customer communication across regions.
• Oversee commissioning, startup, testing and customer acceptance.
• Drive first-time-right execution, cycle-time reduction and productivity gains.
• Manage risk identification, mitigation, escalation and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Develop and coach a global team of Project Managers and Commissioning Engineers.
