Vossloh Switch Systems (VSS) seeks a New Digital Value Proposition Manager to lead a multinational team. The role reports to the VSS CTO and involves developing a data-driven service to support Asset Managers in decision making.

It requires working across countries and traveling internationally to shape a holistic value proposition. You will build partnerships with universities and consultancies to design an Expert System that analyzes network status, budget, spare parts, and traffic impact to

Formación

• Over 10 years of experience in railway infrastructure and related domains.
• Strong leadership in multinational, cross-functional environments.
• Proven ability to turn customer needs into actionable concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek information about customer strategies and orientations for the railway business to understand their needs and their actual difficulties.
• Gather information about asset management strategies of our key customers.
• Support and deploy the strategic initiatives of the CTO team.
• Turn customer goals into uses cases, proof of concepts or well-defined, achievable and testable specifications.
• Be up to date on digital solution and capability on the market and define the right application for the railway infrastructure.
