Job summary

IMCD is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager for the Beauty & Personal Care group to drive digital campaigns, manage websites, and optimize marketing tools across countries.

The role will collaborate with the Group Digital Marketing team, coordinate with local Marketing Managers, and report to the Global Marketing Director in an international, fast-evolving environment. Paris-based, full-time role with Q4-2026 start date.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience.
• Dual background or additional qualification in Marketing is a strong asset.
• Previous experience in a B2B environment and Beauty & Personal Care industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing across campaigns, websites, CRM/CMS, and digital channels.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Global & regional campaigns management across channels (emails, websites, webinars, social ads).
• Website management: create and review pages, optimize UX/UI and SEO.
• Manage marketing tools including Salesforce, SharePoint, Canva, and multimedia tools; develop templates.
• Analyze website and email KPIs; build reports on campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities with local teams; manage budgets.
