Job summary

The Innovation Company® in Dreux, France, is seeking a Marketing & Client Coordinator to support marketing, client relations, and project management across NA, APAC, and EMEA.

You'll analyze UL Prospector data, coordinate with R&D, Formulation, Testing, and Regulatory Affairs, manage distributor communications, and contribute to events and promotional tools.

Fluent English is mandatory; 2-3 years in cosmetics or related fields; a BSc/MSc in Marketing & Chemistry or Biology is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in cosmetics or related fields required.
• Fluent English mandatory.
• Distributors experience in the cosmetic industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze UL Prospector data and provide statistics to distributors.
• Handle inquiries from customers and distributors (marketing and technical documentation).
• Coordinate requests with internal teams (R&D, Formulation, Testing, Regulatory Affairs).
• Manage sample requests and ensure follow-up.
• Provide technical pre-sales support (ingredient selection, consumer benefits, claims).
• Participate in technical presentations, trainings, or customer meetings.
• Draft professional mailings and write content for marketing materials.
