Job summary

Mistral is seeking a VP of Global Developer Relations to lead and scale our DevRel strategy across developers, researchers, and open-source communities. You will build authentic engagement, foster advocacy, and empower teams to adopt Mistral’s AI platform, partnering with Product, Research, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

You will hire and mentor a global team, define KPIs, and represent Mistral at events while nurturing ecosystem growth.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, or Technical Evangelism for a B2B technology company.
Deep technical credibility—ability to engage with developers, scientists, and engineers on their terms.
Passion for community building with a track record in open-source projects and developer forums.
Strong storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex concepts for developers.
Strategic and operational excellence to scale DevRel globally while staying authentic.
Collaborative mindset to align DevRel with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

Responsibilities
