Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager for Dermatology & Immunology studies. You will drive Phase II-III trials from start-up through close-out, coordinating sponsors, timelines, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in clinical research and 5+ years in Clinical Project Management, with recent Rheumatology, Dermatology, or Immunology experience and strong ICH-GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences discipline.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Clinical Project Management experience.
• Recent Rheumatology, Dermatology and/or Immunology experience is ideal.
• Experience leading global, multi-center Phase II-III clinical trials.
• Experience managing trial budgets exceeding $3M USD.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, and international clinical regulations.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary sponsor contact and lead client communications
• Manage study timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and deliverables
• Lead global cross-functional project teams
• Oversee protocol implementation, study plans, investigator meetings, and study execution
• Monitor project risks, quality metrics, and audit readiness
• Manage recruitment performance and mitigation strategies
• Coordinate activities across Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, and Scientific teams
• Identify and manage change orders and out-of-scope activities
