Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Group Data Protection Expert to strengthen its privacy and digital compliance function. You will assume a dual role as Data Protection Expert for CMA CGM SA and Group Privacy Leader, collaborating with the Group DPO and cross-functional teams across the globe.

You will drive privacy initiatives, DPIAs, LIAs, and TIAs, ensure compliance, and support training and awareness. The role requires extensive experience in GDPR and international privacy matters and fluent

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in personal data protection or privacy law.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and international privacy matters.
• Fluent English; ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, practical, risk-based advice on personal data protection matters.
• Lead privacy initiatives across Group projects and with cross-functional teams.
• Manage data subject rights requests, incidents, DPIAs, and privacy assessments.
• Support governance, reporting, and training on privacy compliance.
