Job summary

CMA CGM Group in Marseille is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Director to lead and coordinate the global cybersecurity project portfolio. Reporting to the Group CISO, you will drive roadmaps, align IT, security and business units, and influence without direct authority to deliver critical programs.

You will also provide executive reporting, manage risks, and coordinate crisis responses across the group, ensuring robust cyber resilience while working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex cybersecurity transformation programs or portfolios in a large, international and matrixed organisation.
• Experience coordinating multiple high-impact programs across IT, Cybersecurity and business without direct authority.
• Fluent French and English are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and coordination of the Group cybersecurity program portfolio.
• Translate priorities into integrated roadmaps, milestones and executive points.
• Align IT, Cybersecurity and business units to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.
• Lead through influence across a complex matrix organisation without direct authority.
• Prepare and deliver weekly executive reporting to the Group CISO and executives.
