Pernod Ricard, based in The Island office in central Paris, seeks a Global Cybersecurity Architecture Director to translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps and drive security across IT, OT, and digital domains.

The role leads architecture governance, security-by-design principles, and industrial cybersecurity enablement, partnering with GRC and Cyber Defense teams while guiding a global team of experts. Remote work is possible up to 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cybersecurity, IT architecture, or security engineering.
• Proven experience in large, international industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in enterprise security architecture and large-scale security programs.
• Exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity is a plus.
• Experience supporting major digital transformation programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate cybersecurity strategy into multi-year architecture roadmaps for IT, OT, and digital domains.
• Define security-by-design/default principles and validate major architectures.
• Secure industrial environments and align IT/OT security standards across programs.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity standards, patterns, and reference models; participate in governance.
• Support complex projects with hands-on security expertise and risk arbitration.
• Lead and develop a global team of cybersecurity architects and engineers.
• Communicate risks and architecture choices to senior leaders and drive decisions.
